[There's the sound of movement, and what sounds like a blanket being throw before a soft thud covers the mic. You hear again Miss Clarice Starling speaking about Hannibal helping on the 'Buffalo Bill' case. If he helps - he gets to be removed to a new facility where he will be able to see the sun, swim in a beach, and see trees; best of all, be far away from Dr. Chilton. But only if he helps find Buffalo Bill's latest squeeze named Catherine. But should the little lady die - Hannibal will receive none of these things.
The sound of a metal drawer echos as its pushed over onto his side. There's a pause before Hannibal shifts, and shuffles through the papers.]
'Plum Island Animal Disease Research Center'... [sound of paper being dropped heavily, Hannibal shifting again - dully]
Sounds charming...
[Clarice sells it up even more, mentions 'terns nest' listing off all the pretty things before she's cut off]
