Chapter 82 : A Clean Slate
I'm sitting here staring at my journal client, completely unsure of where to start.
My life has been changed once again. In so many spectacular ways.
Once I returned from Bell Tour, I began my first real job at Integrated Control Corp. as a Software Engineer. I went in knowing HTML, CSS, and VERY basic Java and VB. In a month of work, I've become quite proficient in PHP, C#, and even some Javascript. I'm so excited with all that I'm able to do now!
With my new knowledge came a second wind on the SigEp website. It's now 100% functional and about 74% complete. I'm just waiting for content from the brothers. (http://www.sigepnjz.org)
A few days before my first day of work came another big change in my life. I gained a boyfriend. His name was Francisco. <3 We're now 2 and a half months in and he makes me so happy! It just sucks that he's still got 3 years left at Rider. 'Cause now he'll be decently far away for extended periods of time. That sucks the big one. But we'll be alright 'cause I love him. And he loves me. And it's pretty awesome. He's easy to cuddle with :)
A few weeks ago I started a lease on a new 2008 RAV4. I love it sooooooooo much! It's green (finally)! I'm finally independant. I have my own apartment and my own car. Oh, and my salary's pretty great too :-D
So now, here I am. 2 and a half months into a great relationship and a job. I'm living on my own... pretty much... And I'm makin' out alright. I can't wait to see what the future holds for me. I'm embarking on a new adventure and I wouldn't have it any other way.
