what life has held for me thid week
well today we played our dual match against westwood, but it was a good match or at least fun anyways. Everyone played their hardest and kept fighting til the end so proops to that. I'm really enjoying english right now, i love doing all this stuff with poems even though the last poem we did was hard to understand which is unual for me because i usually grasp the meaning and content of poems. This week i was also exposed to a new band, Death Cab For Cutie, which i find to be a really good band. their lyrics are similar to the shins in that they both contain lots of meaning, but the two bands have a different sound to them. anyways my favorite songs by the band are "Marching Band of Manhattan", "Soul Meets Body", "Lack of Color", and "Sound of Settling". I've also been drowning in the stresses of doing things for college: applications, essays, preparing for my last SAT, and research. I definiteley want to go to UT, its a great school and i love the downtown Austin atmosphere. i would like to thank everyone so very much for being so encouraging and comforting to me about my truck thing... Even Josh was comforting in his own weird way. I appreciate it a lot. I'm so glad i have such great friends, and Josh dont you dare say "kevin your such a girl". Well i'll try to get all of my pictures posted from the week and the movies this week, probably sunday cuz i'm going to be in San Antonio tomorrow. I get to eat at my favorite chinese restuarant in San Antonio, i cant spell the name so i'm not even going to try. well good night readers, have a excellent, extradordinary, extravigant week-end.
