1707 sf OLDER 3/2/2 HOME* CLOSE TO COMMUTE* NEEDS COSMETIC WORK*
We peeked inside and it does need new carpet or I want wood flooring really. The back yard is beautiful. It has two huge trees in the back with vines hanging off one of the trees, very romantic looking. I has a covered patio in the back and the biggest room is 12x12, still very small. :( but still a very lovely home. It's in a very nice neighborhood too, I met the neighbor across the street and he knew a lot about why the other houses including this one was for sale. There were 4 houses in a row for sale on the same street including this one. OH, it's also close to Alfredo's school! All of the homes in this barrio sell for 160+ this one costs a bit (way a bit) less than that. :)
still a little nervous about buying a house! nervous excitement!
