Pittsburgh Pride
So I've finally seen a trailer for Smart People:
See that opening shot? See the white neighboring house? Yeah, I lived there.
It will be exciting, I think, to see the movie. I'm developing a bit of Pittsburgh Pride. I guess with the idea of Philly looming on the horizon, I'm wanting to nest in the safe, the understandable.
I read The Perks of Being a Wallflower and have been crucified (good naturedly) in the house for enjoying it. To be sure, the story sucks and the writing is pedantic. But, he describes driving through the Fort Pitt tunnel and I just get it... because I've done it.
I don't know. Pittsburgh is beautiful. I love it here.
