Open up and say "Ahhhhh"

So Papa Bear and I go back to the hospital for another consultation on his skin cnacer. He hadn't even finished chemo, and a new one had grown on his chest.

They also took X-rays, and they are concerned with some shadowing on his lungs. It could be cancer, or just a chest infection.

So they whacked him on some antibiotics to see if that would clear up his cough. So Saturday, 1st December, we're getting ready to go to Dianne and Anders housewarming. PB complains about a rash. I take a look, and his entire body is covered in a severe rash. From the roots of his hair, all down his arms, legs, back, stomach. I thought it looked like Rubella. So I take him to Mater Hospital where we get to spend five fun-filled hours.

At one stage, they take chest X-Rays. PB gives me this horrified look and says, "It's something serious.... they've taken chest X-Rays."PB's blood pressure and temperature were sky-rocketing.

TUrns out that his chest is fine. I'm not sure if that means he's in the clear with cancer or not. The doctors advise PB to stop using this meal supplement that he was taking. A week later, we find out that the rash (hives) weren't caused by the meal replacement, rather it was the Amoxil that was supposed to clear up his chest. Yeesh!

Who knows what the docs will say tomorrow.
