So I've been hearing buzz about Quarantine, a new horror flick that's a remake of spanish-made film [Rec]. The previews looked fucking amazing, so I hunted down the Spanish version so I could watch it. Quarantine isn't out in our theaters until October and I didn't want to wait.
OMFG. It's fucking amazing. AMAZING. I screamed twice and by the end I was so stressed I was almost crying. For awhile in the middle I was like: This is boring... But by the end I was clutching Ado and scrunched way down in my chair. SO GOOD.
I'd really like to get a better copy of it, and I'd really love for it to come out on DVD but I doubt it would be available in the US before Quarantine comes out. The subtitles were kind of horrible, but fortunately I understood most of it without reading.
I cannot wait for the remake to come out. I'm so freaking excited.
