I downloaded the Camino web browser today. So far, so good. I've been getting really sick of Firefox as it often simply stops accepting text in random fields, and it's download manager is a nightmare.

Ugh, my dizziness isn't going away. In fact, I'd say it's getting worse. Unfortunately, I have no doctor's appointments left on my health insurance plan until January 1st, so if I go, I have to pay. So that's not going to happen. I'd be okay with the whole dizzy thing if I wasn't stuck taking the ladies I work with to the county fair this shift. Not happy with that arrangement. I spend my year living in utter dread of the county fair. It's hot, it's crowded, and I invariably get cussed out by one of my clients in the middle of a large crowd.

And wow, I just finished Marvel 1602. Finally a Neil Gaiman book I like. It was worth slopping through all of the other stuff. More than worth it. No offense to the many, many Gaiman fans on my Flist, but I just never got into his writing. His notions are completely brilliant, but I don't get excited about the actual experience of ingesting the material. I've tried Neverwhere, Good Omens, Coraline, Sandman, and various short stories. But guh, Marvel 1602 was sheer brilliance in every aspect.

I think I've cleaned out the entire WW Public Library catalog of graphic novels. I purchased a Superman collection of the "Our Worlds at War," storyline. It's pretty awesome so far. With my next paycheck, I'll be investing in the Superman For Tomorrow Volumes One and Two. I borrowed One from the library and I must own it. Must. It's Superman confessing his sins to a dying Priest. Dude. Yeah.
