Aeon Flux and Rent
Got to see Aeon Flux and Rent in the same day! Both were super, but of course Rent takes the cake.
Oddly, I just can't think of anything to say about it. It was so much. So satisfied.
Aeon Flux was a really great movie, stand alone. The plot was actually rather solid, or rather, I was placated enough with Charlize Theron and Miller. :D Good stuff.
Saw a preview for Brokeback Mountain! It looks like our theater is actually going to carry it. I was a little worried that there'd be some problems with the whole...gay cowboy thing. And while I don't expect it to run for very long, I'll be pleased if I get to see it at all before it hits DVD. We'll just see if it comes out on the 9th like it's supposed to. I cried at the preview...I lose at life.
Came home to X3 movie promo images though! Beast looks great. Angel does not. There is no amount of CGI that will make that face look right. :\ But the wings....GUH. And I guess Halle Berry is still playing Storm. God I hate that woman. Go here to see.
