Spring is most definitely in full swing. I'd categorize it as obnoxious at best. I need to go looking for more suitable t-shirts to wear. I bought purple Converse All-Stars for $10 on Saturday. I used to wear All-Stars and One-Stars all the time in high school, so I know they're one of the most comfortable shoes ever. But it takes a few days to get them to that point. Plus, I'm not used to having my toes covered. They're probably having union meetings as I type. I'll have a strike on my hands by morning.
Spring, spring, spring. I know I was complaining just a month ago that I wanted/needed some sun. Well I've had enough of it already, we can go back to winter now. Spring makes me spend money, and feel guilty for not having a tidy room. But I'll never have a tidy room. I must learn to cope with that and spend the time I would be cleaning on the computer..writing about it. It's a fantastic plan, I know.
Does chewing gum make anyone else snarky? Somehow I feel like snapping my gum and rolling my eyes at people, arms folded, toe tapping impatiently. What sort of strange cultural icons did I grow up with that chewed gum and did that? Blame it on the 80's, I suppose.
I need to get comfortable with sweating again. Yuck. The first few days of warm weather I take 15 showers a day. ..okay three, but it feels like 15 when the pursuit of freshness consumes my life. Freshness, I tell you.
The new scent at Bath and Body Works is "Cherry Blossom." I highly recommend it. It's very blossomy. And only a $1 in the travel size.
