So, I've decided to take up cooking. I've noticed my stomach hates me most of the time lately- I eat too much, too little, not the right stuff, whatever. So I'm trying out going back to the basics- 3 meals a day, cooked at home rather than out. Cereal or similar for breakfast, sandwich and a few chips and piece of fruit for lunch, and something different every night for dinner. I've decided to leave noodles out completely from my new diet- for some reason they don't like me anymore. Actually, I think ramen and udon and soba (not instant) are okay, but its the macaroni and ravioli that make me ill. So I'm going for brown rice, heavily masqueraded by other things. Like in stuffed peppers, or with Juevos Rancheros. I can just go through all these different recipes that sound delicious to me and find out which make me sick and which don't. The I'll have nothing to worry about (in the eating department), if I can get a list of meals that don't make me ill and taste good at the same time. Or maybe I should start eating yogurt or taking that probiotic pill and see if that helps. But I think cooking could be fun :)
