so im 21.
it really just crept up on me. i had been counting down for months and then all of a sudden it was here.
i got the whole weekend off, which was amazing because i dont think ive had a whole weekend off since i was like 17. or at least i cannot remember the last time i didnt have to work a weekend.
i went to lacma on friday, which was my real birthday. it was amazing. saturday i went back to la for a fashion symposium thing for school and my team got 3rd place in this denim destruction contest. we only won because i had attitude and the judge loved it, we made a pair of denim wings and a beak in 30 minutes, yes ours was the most amazing but they judge the contest based on the ability to sell and market the item and we knew that going in but we didnt care we just wanted to show off. it was fun. then i went to necromancer on melrose and bobby got me this amazing bat in a box and i got myself an amazing bat ring. we are going to start a collection of old medical supplies and dead animals. its going to be very exciting.
sunday was my bbq which was perfect. bobbys surf band played and everyone was wasted and when the cops came, which was at 3:00 pm, yes afternoon, my dad went out and told them that we would stop playing for minutes but you cant stop rock n roll, he was also trashed.
so all in all my 21st year has had a pretty banging start and im god damn excited to be one year older.
