This is a bloody brilliant zombie movie, pardon the pun. :o)
I'm just going to post my friend Will The Thirll's review of it because really does it the best justice:
"Lassie" meets "Night of the Living Dead" in this ingenious, hilarious blend of Douglas Sirk romantic melodrama, "Leave it to Beaver" domestic comedy and George Romero social satire. An instant cult classic! -
Will The Thrill It's set in the 50's post Zombie Wars and stars Billy Connelly as a 6ft tall boy's best friend zombie pet/house servant, aka Fido, as well as a host of other good actors, including Carrie Anne Moss as a pleasant and prim 50's housewife.
The only theater in the bay area that I know of that's showing it is the newly reopened El Cerrito Speakeasy.
