Photos of Pride 2009
400 photos only? what? was this even a pride event? Last year, i took over 2000 photos.... this year had me begging for more... whats the deal ...?
I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with this years Chicago Pride. With such great weather at hand and no Cubs vs Sox game around the corner at Wrigley Field, one would think this pride would had a lot more PIZAZZ, but oddly enough it was a fair and so so pride.
Unlike past pride there were so many vibrant people within the crowds as well as on the floats, aside from the "brazillian dancers" and I guess that was a "Flashdance" homage that Columbia College put together, nothing REALLY stood out... in fact, i would almost go and say, it was pretty closeted as far as it being PRIDE...
The best, for me, was the "Crobar" ice cream truck... Roscoes was a decent float...and...hmmm i will think of more i guess eventually...
