Originally uploaded by RetroCoolTuesday was one of those days that could not have been any more perfect. About 9:30 AM I picked up Tim, Howie and John @ the Knickerbocker and then we went basically to breakfast!
My first attempt was "Over Easy" a fantastic Breakfast place that I go to on my way to work, but (and there is always a but), it was closed.
GASP
In an attempt not to look any more foolilsh, I had to think quick of another great breakfast place. Toast came to mind, but it was to far and probably to crowded as well. Not to mention that lack of parking in Wicker Park.
I remembered Friday, after going to the Pleasure Chest, I went to a breakfast joint with my friend Rachel. I was like, "OH we can go here"!
Luckily it was open and I didnt have to look any more stupid. Turns out the food is BEYOUND fantastic.... seriously BEYOUND fantastic

Had to head back quick to check out and then we headed straight to the lake front... the water was crashing against the land and the cold weather was FIERCE....
After a few cool shots...on the way we go.... Navy Pier... there we fell into the tourist trap... which was fun indeed. Howie spotted a few cute bears and I took their pics. Walked around the Pier and even ate at one of the resturants (the name I can not remember).
Again good food.... Tim, thanks btw ....
This doesnt seem a lot, but it took up half the day before they had to go home....
All in all, a great day.. now I am just tired!
