On the trolley home. Andrew is exhibiting our new gang sign: Valentine.
Nick again! End of day 1.
We woke up early to go to the first major panel of the day, LOST.
We were pretty far away from the stage this time around, as evidenced by this picture.
Jorge Garcia, Daniel Dae Kim, and Damon Lindeloff (am I spelling that right?).
A very tired Androo and Abby.
OMG IT'S LUCIUS MALFOY!
It's the Pimp Cane/wand (I took this one specifically for
indilime)!
The obligatory Alien Hominid picture.
Eragon poster (taken for
corellianjedi)!
More Eragon movie stuff.
This guy dressed up as a SIM! hahaha. I thought it was so clever (taken for
_allshallfade)!
Raymond and Androo bored before the VMars panel. haha.
Rob Thomas, creator of Veronica Mars. We were so much closer for this panel than the LOST panel.
The cast including Rob Thomas, Enrico Colantani, Jason Dohring, Ryan Hansen, Michael Muhney, Kristen Bell. Francis Capra had not shown up at this point.
Up close.
Me asking the question to Michael Muhney! (taken by Androo)
Muhney responding.
There are train tracks right in front of the convention center, and the longest cargo train I have ever seen prevented us from crossing the street to for at least fifteen minutes. We, plus about one hundred people, stood in the HOT SAN DIEGO SUN, waiting for this giant train to pass so we could cross the street. Zomg.
If you look closely, you can see the train disappearing into the distance.
Enjoy!
