Take it from the guy who is studying a profession notorious for unethical behavior: either decision you make will be OK. At worst, you will be missed, but both your customers and coworkers should respect you for trying to advance your career. It's not like you're lying to thousands of investors, putting your coworkers at serious risk, and threatening the well-being of our economy for your own personal gain.

Yeah I was gonna say that I think it is an okay decision to move to the other place. Your coworkers should want you to advance. And like you said, now maybe you guys will have days off together and you can hang out outside of work.
