1. happy birthday charliebee.
2. i got a $5 Wendys gift card a few weeks ago, and got some food about an hour ago with it. i haven't been eating fast food much at all recently, and i encountered one of the disgusting "joys" of fast food that i've been missing out on, yum:
*after biting into a burger and chewing for a few seconds, your teeth crunch against something that is completely solid and definitely NOT supposed to be in the burger. and instead of taking it out of your mouth to inspect it and see if you should sue, you just close your eyes and swallow as fast as you can, so that you don't have to be horrified by whatever it is in your mouth. blech!
3. got a sweet new couch yesterday. it's not a goodwill style couch, it's a really nice, cushy, cozy, comfy couch, only 3 years old and microfiber and PLUSH!!! it was owned by friends who are just as prissy & OCD as i am, so i know it's never had dogs or anything on it. i fell asleep on it last night and didn't wake up til 5 in the morning. i rarely sleep on couches, but i think this one is a keeper.
4. i hooked up my shittyass stereo to my tv & my ipod and apparently, it's not so shitty. <3 i am in love with being at my house now. annnnnd from what my mom was saying (she's pretty straighttothepoint about things), i'm probably getting some sweet art for my walls (bosch and bruegel!). and once my gamecube is hooked up and i get another tv for my room, i will never ever leave again. no more going out for me- if i'm not at work, i will be sitting at home. yay laziness!
