possibly the best 3 days of my life
i had the best birthday ever, the honest to god most fun birthday of my life the other day. normally birthdays don't feel like any special day, but when i woke up it was BEAUTIFUL out and the day felt (omg, to be totally corny) magical. the convenient thing about having a birthday right before halloween is that i don't actually have to throw any party at all, cuz some person that doesn't mind getting their house trashed does it anyway!
so, long story short, for my birthday weekend (i got 4 days off of work, today is day 4, i still have 25 hours left) so far:
+ west and i are now officially together
+ talked to charlie 3 times on my birthday, i love him. he is my best friend. and ariel said happy birthday too! i love her.
+ saw ray gil!
+ ray kissed vanessa!! omg!
- i didn't take many pictures.
+ the hula hoop girl at the suicide girls show was awesome.
+ getting over 20 text messages saying "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" at midnight friday night/sat morning overloaded my phone cuz it was made in 1946, but was still amazing.
+ i got a beautiful birthday card from miss demi.
- my mom didn't call me on my birthday... or since then, for that matter.
+ getting drunk on saturday/birthday night. went to the greatest party of my life. there had to have been a few hundred kids, most everyone in costume. some girl had no shirt on (i love her). we rode in the back of west's truck to get there. talked to charlie on the cell phone. wojciech (pronounced voy-tek, he's from poland) was dressed as ping pong borat, and that made me so happy. the cops came, announced the party was over, everyone laughed and simply turned away from the cops. the cops gave up and left. THE COPS GAVE UP! seriously! haha. everyone cheered me on that i was the fastest girl pee-er ever (cuz i was in the bathroom for all of 34 seconds and everyone in line loved me). saw a ton of people i never get to see anymore. cooze kissed me?! wtf.

+ seriously, this has been the most amazing weekend ever.
+ yesterday west & i went to freedom park. west kept repeating over and over how it was like out of a movie. there were probably over a thousand people with their kids and friends, playing soccer, frisbee, riding bikes. laying out in the fields. feeding ducks. there was a guy fishing. the weather could not have been MORE perfect- perfect for t-shirts or a hoodie, whichever you prefer. we laid in the sun and talked about things, us, our friends, how perfect the weekend had been so far. i had orange juice & he had green tea. it was perfect.
+ then we came back & went to solstice before the football (yes, i said it, i watched football) game. ate the best chicken tenders of my life.
+ johnny really REALLY likes ellen and west really really likes me and johnny is so happy about the fact that the 4 of us hang out. and then last night during the game, it was west/erin, johnny/ellen, & josh/kori. we were the cutest group of kids ever. we separated off into our two-somes, but all in one room, in front of the tv- josh/kori talking & knitting & sleeping, ellen/johnny sitting with the laptop, showing each other stuff, & west/me talking about our families and how RIDICULOUSLY different they are and we're both terrified of meeting each other's families but we're gonna do it.
- the panthers lost. to the fucking cowboys. THIS is why i don't like sports, cuz i get my hopes up and then i get crushed. but seriously, i love watching football. wtf is wrong with me?
+ i really really like west.
