Back on track

Took a break from dieting for our anniversary weekend but started the beans and greens diet again on Monday. This basically consists of eating nothing but fruits, vegetables, and beans and is definitely a smelly diet. It was created by Dr Joel Fuhrman and I borrowed his book Eat to Live from my friends Mike and Terenia. This morning I weighed 166 pounds. I always criticize David for doing this but I am going to weigh myself daily for awhile. So far today I have eaten 2 bananas. I am making a pumpkin, apple, and lentil soup for lunch and have black beans with fire roasted tomatoes in the crock pot for dinner. There are grapes in the fridge for snacks and of course salad with every meal. I am dressing salads with salsa and sometimes with Dijon mustard and vinegar. More later for anyone interested.
