End of day 6 of Special K diet. I will weigh myself Monday and post results. My jeans feel a bit more comfortable. It has been hard but not too hard. I am definitely hungry but have become a bit disconnected food which is perhaps a good thing. It was 2 p.m. today before I had lunch mostly because lunch is no big deal. Just a bowl of cereal. I do miss my lunches with David but with the kids home from school this week (Isaac roof damage) I wouldn't have had those in the same way anyway. David is talking about doing this for a second week but I think I will stick to the plan of taking a week of calorie counting and then trying another diet. I am thinking the next will be the beans and greens diet, recommended by my friends Mike and Terenia.
