(no subject)
As made obvious by my lack of updates, of late I haven't felt the need to recount the details of my excruciatingly monotonous summer. But today, my friends, today is different.
I sliced myself! Not that this is anything out of the ordinary, but blood! I was handling panes of glass, which go in frames I am building to hold posters of my boss' photography, and behold, a severed finger caught my eye!
It was not severed from the rest of my hand, fortunately, though that would have made an excellent story. It looks like a papercut, but deeper.
The fact that this is the most exciting thing that has happened to me in weeks is absolutely incredible. What a splendidly boring life I live!
In other news, Golden arrives on Saturday at 5:31 PM. I may or may not be out of commission for, um... ever.
