The new girl at work heard me telling Mama what I thought of her: She's a hard worker, she's learning fast, she's fitting in wonderfully, and she's a genuinely good person. She walked out from behind a display with tears in her eyes.
I'm the one who's been training her, and I'm doing it the right way. SNCing every rack, making all the signs we need, making sure the ad is checked... earlier today we were doing markdowns, and I'm teaching her everything it took me 7 months to learn. She's a great girl, and I really wish she wasn't going back to school in Albany in August. She'd make a great addition to the team, she even gets along with ZHENG! Wow!
