I sigh. Guess it's not gonna be easy getting her to change her ways...if I even can. "Yeah, I guess so," I reply, uneasily. At least it seems like she only goes after really vile characters...or puts people out of their misery. The second is the one I'm most worried about, I guess. Not sure how she decides when to do that.

I look up at her. "Maybe, maybe not," I reply. "I don't know if you get this, get what I am. I'm a vampire slayer, I was given power to kill...well, you. Vampires. And demons, too. But I don't want to kill you, 'cause you protected Cordy and I think mostly you're doing what you think is right."

I sigh. "But the thing is, if you start killing a lot of people..." I don't want to finish. Geez, she's so sweet and innocent seeming, but I know what she can do. Has done.

Huh. But I guess I should have known that'd be her answer. I remember how she agreed it was time to go to sleep. "Well, then we're good," I say.

Maybe she just needs to...kinda do what I do, in her own way. And mostly I might have to stop her, but...oh hell, maybe someone taking out the monsters, the real human ones, wasn't such a bad thing. I dunno, I kinda want to talk to Giles about that one.

"So, you'll be okay here for a little while?" I ask. She seems less freaked now, here, in the garden.

"She sounds like a nice lady," I say, smiling a little. "Don't fall asleep out here, though," I remind her. She seems like such a kid, I wonder if she remembers stuff like sunlight bad. "There's a nice comfy couch in the big room, if you don't wanna go upstairs."

"I dunno," I say, "I never really explored the upstairs. But I never sensed any ghosts around the place, the times I've been here." Angel saw ghosts, but that was a different story, the supposed first evil.

Impulsively, I put my arm around her. Hell, it's not like I haven't done that with a vampire before. "I'm sure it's fine. No bad spirits here for you, I don't think."

I hug her back. Such a strange situation, but...she is different, I can feel it somehow.

"I should go, London," I say. "My sister'll worry and...you'll be okay until tomorrow? I'll bring you some stuff, food, donuts..." I think for a minute. "I'll tell Cordy you're here, she'll wanna see you."
