[The journal is showing someone huddled up under a tree holding... fire? Sure. Obviously that New Feather clothing isn't keeping him at all warm. The journal picks up the occasional mutter, but he seems to be focusing most of his energy on the fire in front of his face.]

I do. [and picks out from his collection then quickly and skilfully prepares the tea. He's already boiled the water since he knew Zuko was coming over. Soon, he hand over a cup a fragrant tea made from the finest jasmine he grew himself]

My uncle is obsessed with tea. I traveled with him for quite a while. Learn a lot about tea traveling with him. [Pause.] He runs a tea shop now.
