Again.. what a lovely post.. and pics to boot!! I always get right into them from the first word to the last!!
I may have to look back and see if I missed a post cuz you made mention of "Honey"?? New Dog??
Ricky is looking good and the Eggs pics were a chuckle!! Was there a prize for the most eggs found?? LOL! ;)
Yes.. The weather here has been quite odd.. we had one storm .. and then.. about the same time as your snow to 70 degrees and snow again.. is the same as we got. Musta been when that polar vortex went on reverse.
I didn't call it winter at all.. and as much as I dislike summer and the dreaded heat and bugs.. This year I kept out some wrapping paper of a gift I received from a friend. It's right near me and it has a big pic of Santa on it!! We are keeping the xmas holiday spirit all year long! LOL! Hopefully it will be a little piece of my magic that keeps the dreaded heat down this year!! ha! :)
Thanks again, Glenn.. for a wonderful post. Good luck on your appointment(s) and I do hope you are feeling up to par soon with the workload on your next project and maybe a country-side tour this year with some glorious pics!!
I had considered giving a prize, but ultimately decided not to, since Ricky, having lived here, knew the house's hiding places better than John. Ricky did find about two thirds of the eggs, but John found the special egg: a Cadbury Creme Egg. Ricky is handsome, sexy and cute, with a lovable personality. I am glad he is doing better, and that we could salvage the friendship after I kicked him out of the house last year.
I have already spent a day touring the countryside of the southern Finger Lakes area, but have not yet processed the photos or written about it yet. The next post will probably be about the family visit and eclipse. Stay tuned!
Awesome.. I missed and yet LOVED reading up on the new posts about Honey!! Omg!! What a beautiful dog... and nice you bought her so young so that she'll have a long healthy life and grow up with her Daddy as well! :)
Glad you made up with Ricky...

She is a sweetie, but still very timid!
