Church today was strange. I felt like I had taken a timeout and everyone there had stopped while I was gone - when Katie got up from our spot just before a set of people who passed every morning in the past came, they asked where she was, as though I had not been missing for months. Then when Katie and I wanted to talk, we kept getting interrupted by other people.
