also, for the image thing.. go to photobucket.com and create an account.
then, after you take the picture of the puppy, upload the picture to your newly created photobucket account.
after that, you should see something that looks like this:
see where it says "Tag
everything you want inside the lj-cut would go here
play with it a little bit to get the hang of it.
