Our first assignment for Costume Design was to design a wedding dress and groom's outfit. I wanted to do a medieval/renaissance theme, so I went looking for reference pictures. I found this site, and holy crap, I want to get married in this dress... It's just gorgeous. I love the white and blue version too. I think I'd like to go with a white dress whenever I get married. Seems more fitting.
My sister has stated however, after having worked a wedding party just recently, that despite how much I like elves, I cannot dress up like Arwen from LotR complete with elven ears for myself and my bridesmaids. She will not allow it. *snicker*
