i stayed at currys last night, and right now im drinking some nice coffee in one of their cafs. this morning curry and i needed to get some more grits so we went to the gas station and we got out of the car. and as we were walking i looked over at this old man sitting on a chair next to us and i said hey curry that looks like brooks from shawshank redemption. depending on who you are asking i have a history of making bad calls when people look like other people. but curry turned his head and was like yeah your right. when we were leaving i stopped and played it cool by the trash can and took a full gaze. i was sure it was him so i told curry i would talk to him first and we casually made our way around the gas station and came up to the old fellow. i asked him if he played brooks in shawshank and he didnt hear me. so i asked again and he said yup, yup. we talked for a bit and curry and i shook his hand. it was so rad. what a highlight to the day, and its only 1:20. i think my "history of bad calls" should be removed from my slate.
