Ohhhh, man! Stars effing own me, yo. Torq STARS ARE MY LIFE, or something.
My heart is so full of love that my body has been able to ignore the fact that I got NO sleep last night and have been teaching non-stop today and will be until 6 p.m. because of stupid admissions workshops, blech. But yeah. Torq. Stars. Brilliant. They managed to transcend the uber-crappy venue that is The Docks, even.
HAHAHA, I have an amusing story to tell about one of the other teachers at school, who I'm sort of brej-y with, seeing me at The Docks last night 'cause I was apparently on the screen at one point. This story involves her having a crush on Jian Ghomeshi and having some adjectives to describe my Torquil that will make some of you laff muchly. But I will save that for my recap, which I'm-a try to do tonight.
It was so full of adorable Torqamy and Chrisamy and a bit of Evamy and PAT WAS CUTE AND CLASSY and ahhhhhh! Seriously, when it was over, I wanted to cry 'cause I have a feeling we're not gonna be seeing these guys around these parts for a long time now. D:
NON-STARS-Y: Oh, and this is totally not related to Stars, but OMG ROB LOWE IS COMING BACK FOR THE LAST FEW EPS OF The West Wing!!! SAM SEABORN RETURNS! EEEEEEEE! <3<3<3 Marlee Matlin, Emily Proctor, Anna Deavere-Smith, Gary Cole, Tim Matheson, and Annabeth Gish are returning, too, as is (UGH) Mary-Louise Parker. But with Josh/Donna goodness on the horizon and SAM!!!1one!, I can deal with a little Amy Gardner, I guess.
