Good evening ladies, gentlemen, and walrus-kin.  This is Kamesen saying 'hello', hello.  It's been way too freaking long since I posted anything, so have a comic that's been more or less done for over a month.  I apologize for the crappy scan.  Incidentally.. does anyone know of a scanner that is decent at picking up pencil linework?  Also, haha

Aghaghaghagh I'm so happy you like it! I really put a lot of thought into each panel, and I'm glad you picked up on the tone I was trying to set.

FOR EXAMPLE. When Psychopro makes the scene, I purposely made him loom over everyone. Even Hunter's panels in the beginning of the encounter tend to be at a high angle looking down, while his are a low angle looking up, to indicate that he is in control of the situation. But soon enough, Hunter literally levels the playing field. And very quickly, the tables turn- with her looking down upon Psychopro until he is forced to leave.

I HAD A LOT OF FUN WITH THIS. *A LOT*. Your comics and sketchposts always incite a whirlwind of inspiration within, and I must heed its call T__T

YES YES I SEE WHAT YOU MEAN all the earlier shots just sort of emphasize how Jockey is alone and sort of isolated, kind of lost in herself which makes him suddenly showing up that much freakier. :O haha to be honest i thought she was going to leap up and kill him or something, haha. SHE LOOKS SO OUT OF IT poor crazy jockey

Exactly :D I love building up to a tension-filled scene.
Hah it would have been interesting to just have Jockey jump up and DESTROY. Then Hunter walks up, sees Psychopro's corpse, pretends nothing happened and just takes Jockey back to the saferoom.

Man, I really love Psychopro's face in this. Especially on this page, where his smile gradually disappears as he realizes he could get shot.

Is it just me, or does Smoker look irritated even when she's sleeping? Or maybe she's actually awake there, and subsequently wakes up Hunter to go look after Jockey.

I love drawing Hunter. I'm just getting into the swing of it, so I'm fidgeting and what not since my style differs from Zar's so much. And now I want an excuse to draw her with that "GTFO" face LOL
