It was a probably good thing you were out for November considering what happened. As for December, it was rather peaceful so you didn't miss much aside from Christmas.

You know the statue in the desert? It somehow became animated and attacked the city. There was also a plague of illness going around at the same time.

Ugh... I take it that most people are at least okay now, aren't they? It sounds like things aren't staying peaceful for too long at a time anymore.

Yes, we managed to push it back and it sank into the sinkhole. There were some other events, but they were all resolved by mid-December. [sigh.]

But no, it does not. And this is the month of the new moon as well. As if our own problems weren't enough...

Geh, you're right... it's one thing dealing with the stuff this city throws at us, but Medusa's another.

What are we going to do about her? ... I hate to say it, but as things are now, there's no way we could face her and come out of that okay.

No...you're right. In our current condition we would be helpless. I also don't want to involve too many people without knowing what she will do. She also has Soul Protect, so we won't be able to track her down.

I actually met her, but she disappeared and I was unable to find her. All we can do is keep an eye out. My fear is other residents getting involved without realizing the danger, but I also don't want to cause a widespread panic. It could trigger her to act faster.

Yeah. We can't do anything that will provoke her into anything. ... But she's as stuck as we are, so with any luck, she won't be able to mess things up too much. It doesn't change that her intentions won't be good no matter what happens, though.
