[today on the network, it's Somarium's resident pigtailed teen (again), only she's... trying not to look slightly annoyed, but with the keyword being 'try', it's still kind of obvious. and if you catch a glimpse of her surroundings, you'll notice she's still hanging around Espoir.]... I feel like there's a phrase that could be said for this

Ah-- recently new, I'm assuming? I don't know how long ago that flood may have been, but some of these damages still look kind of recent.

Um, well... I wish I knew, but in all the time I had been here before, none of us had ever gotten an answer to that.

Perhaps we're just here for entertainment? Though, I don't see how we could be entertaining unless it's a survival game.

All we can do at this point is speculate a whole lot, but whatever we come up with, in the end as things are there isn't much we can do to prove it.

Well, proving it would certainly be a fun little side project for me. From the evidence I have seen, it appears that someone must be getting a kick out of what happens to us here. But the thing that I find most interesting is the moon's effects here....

[ Rests his face on a hand]

So the only conclusion we can make is that the moon has some property to it that gives it the strength to create events, but~ I'll need to look into it....

[as you can probably see, Maka's started to walk through Espoir now; if you're familiar with the direction, more notably she's heading out of it and toward the nearby first district. all the meanwhile, with a free hand to her chin thoughtfully, Maka mulls over the thoughts in her head as if trying hard to recollect something.]

... Right, the moon. I remember that; it definitely had something to do with all the strange things that happens around here. But it isn't the only thing that does.

There was-- something about these machines... They were malfunctioning, or something like that. I feel like I've been gone for a while so I can't quite remember, but if all my stuff is where I left it, I know I wrote these things down somewhere.
