Good News!
I just got the highest mark ever in my university career!! I'll probably never see such a mark again. It was on a paper of a case study of how two different people view the natural environment. I thought it was shit, expected maybe 65%. I finished the paper 1/2 an hour before it was due. I got 12/12.5. Heh. Wow. My writing too. So this lead me to conclude one of a few things:
a. My prof marks too easy.
b. Australia really *is* easier as far as school is concerned.
c. Since I have nothing better to do and am applying myself to school, my work is paying off.
d. I should always write papers with barely enough time to finish and not edit my work.
So yup....it was one of the most painful papers I've ever had the joy of writing too. I'm now in the middle of writing another one for the same class, but now I feel like I have to do a good job. Argh. It's not due for 2 weeks but as I'm going away over Easter and might not be back in time, I'm handing it in over a week early. I feel like a nerd, and I'm totally okay with it.
I've also somehow become the reponsible, organizer of my car group for going to Central Australia. Do I nominate myself for these things or something? I was going to stand back and let others deal with it this time, but uhh, nothing was getting done and we leave Saturday. So I jumped in. Surprised? Yea, I thought so. Ah well, I don't think I actually deal well with the disorganization of others well. Go anal retentiveness.
