Laugh at me all you want, but everyone seems to write about such things and I never have before, so deal with it. It's almost inevitable that I would gain weight while travelling...everyone claims they do and considering how much I was training and then nothing, well, it doesn't take a brainiac to figure it out. But the thing is, I didn't gain weight perse....I stayed the same. But lost muscle mass and gained icky fat. Now I'm gaining muscle mass back, but it's come too fast and I've put on 5 kg since arriving in Melbourne. So the challenge is on...to get back into shape and racing weight before the end of May. Eyah. I need to pay attention to my eating habits again. Argh to feeling so yucky. I need motivation and a regular rowing schedule. I'm going to go read now....
