Tonight, I'm either having a cookout (if weather permits) or having people over to watch movies.  If you can read this, you're probably invited.  Call me if you need directions.  Show up maybe sevenish? Six thirty?  I'll make sure to be here all late afternoon so there's no real worry about showing up to an empty house

There are definitely times that running just feels right. For all the smack that gets talked about it, running can feel really wonderful.
