Steady on the Grind

Work is exhausting, I work about an hour and a half more every day than what I agreed to, but every time I've said something about that, I've just been literally ignored.  I guess I'll suck it up for another week and a half until the deal closes on my house.  After I actually get the house, I don't really NEED to have a nice-paying job, since my share of my mortgage will be considerably less than I'm used to paying for rent, so any odd job will be able to pay for it with no problem.  Once I have that housing security, I'll be emboldened in my work against getting fucked over on the job.

Speaking of work, it's going well.  Not to toot my own horn, but I think it's a pretty good program that gets all the high school students involved in it to readily agree to do hours of homework a week, makes the teachers happy, makes the students love me, and genuinely helps out everyone involved.

My computer is still busted, and tomorrow is my first day of school.  Time to find out what happens when you take a full, stressed life, and add 12 credit hours of school!!  Yay!
