this is fuckdiculous!
I am kinda excited. I've always wanted to work at MAC because it's the only make-up I use and I could easily work there and not hate it. Not to mention the discounts I could totally use and it's in a field I'm very interested in. Well, I never could work at one before because the closest one to me was in Cleveland and that's like a 45 minute drive. However, my friend Leah just told me there is a mall about 25 minutes from my house that has a MAC stand in Macy's. My plan is to go there some time this week and pretty much beg them to hire me. I will remain optimistic, for once.
I also finally figured out why my tragus piercing was so fucked up for these last several months. I went to the tattoo/piercing place I got it done at and the piercer told me that it was most likey the ring. She told me that rings cause all kinds of problems and she only really recommends them to people who have had their piercings for a long time. So she changed the ring to a stud again and said to come back in two weeks to see how it's doing. I really think this is going to help. It's been all kinds of biznasty for a while. Although I do miss the ring a little because it was a lot cuter.
Yesterday I went to Lenscrafters and tried on glasses. I think I have found a pair I like that will most likely become my very first pair of glasses. It kinda sucks because I never thought I'd need them and to me there is always a difference between having to wear them and wanting to wear them. When I was a kid, I wanted to wear glasses so bad that I begged my mom to buy me some with clear lenses. Now I have to have them which makes it totally different. However, if I am going to wear them, I'm going to wear cute ones. I've already found a really cute pair of Dolce & Gabbana ones. I will definitely take pictures when I finally get a pair.
