The Unveiling
Finally managed to set down long enough to let DM send me the pictures of Vana so that I could post up her first opening (and mine!)!
I sat on the floor hugging her for the longest time. This was the first good shot DM managed to catch of me letting go a little bit. Just a little bit. As you can see from my hair, I was a little frazzled at getting her.

A rare shot of me, that I don't even care about; I was fanning myself with my hands in an attempt to calm down. It didn't work at ALL.
I wanted to save the shipping info on the top of the box, and so my boy cut it off for me with his pocket knife, since I didn't trust myself- and neither did they. XD They made me cut the box open with a key instead.
Another shot of me FREAKING out. I was still laughing at this point, but trying to smother it behind my hand while I was squeaking. I was too excited and bouncy and giggly to cry, although I was certainly emotional enough that I could have cried with ease.

It was very pretty, for just some cardboard. Lovely designs, pretty color... I like.

Eek! She's all protected and such! ... Awww, that's kinda cute...
Vana: *muffled noises from box at the appearance of light into her temporary prison*
My God, even from here she looks perfect... look at her breasts! Isn't this supposed to be a small bust body?!
Vana: *muffled* Help me!
Me: Oh no! *Thrusts camera at DM and hurries to get her out*
Me: Hello there beautiful. Oh, I can see her face! And... they gave her the eyes! Look, look! They got the dark violet eyes back in stock and they sent me a pair! *Joooooy!*
(Look at that butt! Just like her mommy!) After that, the wrapping just came off so fast that DM didn't get to take any more pictures. I just wanted my girl out of her wrap so that I could get a proper look at her in her perfect, resiny entirety. Truly... adoration of resin.
Ta daaaa! Hello world, meet Vana! She's the perfect face, too! I've never been so pleased in my life! She's just like the pictures depict, and perfect for the character! Heeee! This is the small bust body, by the way. SMALL BUST. Are you kidding me? Those things are freaking C-cups, nothing less! How is that small?! Still, even that is only a little big for Vana, and so I am TOTALLY happy. They're beautiful, perky lil breasts for a beautiful, perky lil half-elf princess.
From here on out, most of them are random shots taken by DM while I was busy squealing. I wanted her to take the pictures because she can pose dolls better than me, and takes good shots normally. These are no exception to that rule.
