fish tank rant...
fuck. Well,my well loved little fishtank that I got for xmas(Thanks mom!) has a back case of Ich in it.Killed all my cute little baby fish(all ~20 of them),killed two adult females so far(have one left),one juvenile and one fish seems to be on the mend with the medication I bought today. As soon as I dumped the fish meds in,she perked up and so did my betta,Hannibal. Now,I just got up and what do I see?! That stupid fucker,Hannibal stuck to the filter! Idiot always did like to play in the water current but in his weakened state he got his ass stuck.Joy. Now my betta is going to die too.He got Ich because it was a community tank up until he decided Maggie had to die. So yeah,now he's in a breeder net on the opposite side of the tank from the filter,sort of just hanging out.I think his swim bladder is damaged but he might just plainly be tired.His underside is very much inflamed from the filter suction.I expect that my only survivor will be Elvis,Breanne's red wag platy who was the mother(yes,Elvis is a girl) of at least half of the baby fish .
