paper writing day of doom or bloom
I have never written a paper with so little time before the deadline.
I ran to the econ building at 1:55 for the 2pm deadline (past-due assignments get zero).
The paper could have used another once or twice-over, but it's fine.
I have also never written a paper where my problem is too much stuff to write (rather than not enough). I skipped tonnes of issues I would have addressed if I had twice as much space.
Couldn't organize my thoughts, it took me forever to get going on the thing. I'm too passionate about it and can't articulate what I know.
