Job Hunting

It's time for me to get serious about finding another job. My job at Woodman's is exhausting, and the point system there is rigged to make people fail. It's not all bad, I like the health insurance, and the simplicity of the job, but the constant fear of failing is beginning to really get me down.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to some one/ some place out there than can help an over 50 year old man start in a new direction?
