I'm doing really good! Um, how about you? What have you been doing before, um, you came back here?

I was doing contests in Lilycove City. While I doubt my chapter of contests is far from over, I wanted to go on a self-discovering journey. This seemed like the first place I ought to visit.

Has everything been all right for you?

Contests? Ooooh, what kind of contests did you enter in? It sounds like a lot of fun!

I've been okay, um, for the most part! The other day the entire school went to an island for a vacation and it was really really neat!

Pokémon contests. They have competitions for appearance, our ability to use our... abilities, and additional talents we may have.

Many trainers of Pokémon travel all over the region in hopes of becoming the greatest coordinator. I think that's the term, anyway.

Ohhhh, okay! So, um, these contents are like seeing who’s the best at everything! It sounds like a really big deal! Did you win any of them?

I've won a few.

[A lot, actually, but her modesty keeps her quiet.]

It's not so much the winning that's important as it is the experience and those you get to meet. It is enjoyable, too.

Um, I can understand that! As long as you're having fun, then who cares if you win! I've bet that you've, um, met a lot of interesting people with these contests too.

But still, um, that's really neat that you've won some contests too!

There are several people I've met. Pokémon and people alike. It was more for the experience than the ribbons. But the ribbons are nice, too. All in all, I have no complaints.

I'm happy to have returned here, however.

It sounds like all of those contests were really good for you! Still, I'm really glad to see you back here too!

Hmmmmm...well, um, like I said before, a week or so ago the whole school went on a vacation to a tropical island, and that was a lot of fun! And then, ummmm...my summer for the most part was kinda uneventful, which is okay! Um, should I go farther back about what's been happening with me?

Oh, um, it's okay! Actually, um, right now I like the fact that things aren't so, um, entertaining...there was something that kinda happened a few months ago with me that was really bad, so I don't really mind at all if things are a little boring right now.
