I'm pretty sure I'm not the wisest acre around, but I don't think you should force yourself if you don't want to.

So you didn't do as what you promised and people didn't expected you as what they believe, it's no big deal, it's not the end of the world. They'd eventually accept it.

I'm not so certain about that. Sure, some people wouldn't have a difficult time getting past it, but I imagine holding grudges is a very human thing to do. Lots of people likely do it, even if they claim they don't. In the end, I think I'd feel bad if I didn't fulfill things that I said I would.

It is, and sometimes you'll still feel guilty no matter what choice you pick. Because there's always someone whose gonna hate you, but at the same time, there's always someone who'll like you too.

You don't think it's possible for me to make it so people don't hate me?

[She knows she can't make everyone happy, but the idea he just presented? That's new to her.]

...I... suppose logically that's true. I'd still like to avoid it, though.

Sometimes people have different expectations to people, because they all have different personalities. So maybe there might be someone out there who said you're irritating, but there also might be someone who said you're a sweet girl. That's just an example of how it goes, of course.

But yeah... everyone wants to avoid being hated, including me.

Yes... That's likely true. I doubt I'm on everyone's good side, unfortunately. I am not able to make everyone happy, however, no matter how much I may wish to. It's very kind of you to understand where I'm coming from, however.

You seem very sweet to me. I'm not certain how anyone could hate you, really. You don't appear to be filled with any form of ill intent from what I can detect.

No problem. Most people are just that stubborn, when a first impression sets stone, they always assume that person is always just like that.

And thanks... I guess I'm just a bit insecure of something with another person I know. [Yep, trainer issues]

First impressions can certainly mean a lot, but I think all people are worthy of second chances at best. There could always be something larger at work. I feel like that always needs to be considered.

Insecure...? Did someone else make you feel this way?

[And now. He has her full and undivided attention.]

Some just believe in second chances, I guess. Stupid as it is, there are people who're just that.

Yeah, but it's not something I rather talk about. [Voile, if you're detecting his emotions, you could sense it change from calm and concern to heartbroken and melancholic.]

[Pry, pry, pry. She's found something. Ding, ding! She will not, however, dig into him as much as her curiosity would have her do exactly that.]

...May I ask your name?

Oh, right, that was pretty rude of me to not introduce myself and whatnot, huh? My name's Empoleon, it's nice to meet you.

Empoleon?

[Oh... he's like her...]

My name is Voile. It's a pleasure, Empoleon.

Likewise, Voile.

So, what class were you talking about anyways?
