Ooh, TV.
Carl is here and he brought me exciting news about an upcoming TV show that's going to be airing its two-hour premier on March 15th on NBC. The show is Kings, and it's a modern re-telling of the King David story. You can check out the wikipedia page here, but what I really suggest you do is watch the little promo on the website. It seems like a sort of dystopian-very-near-future thing, with hot guys in uniforms and some fascist imagery a la V for Vendetta. I'm going to watch, and I'd like to recruit as many people on my flist to also do so... because there is nothing better than being in the vangaurd of the newly born fandom. And I'm pretty sure this show has fandom potential.
Anyway, I have a migraine and I called out of work because of it. Now my nextdoor neighbor is playing the acoustic guitar and moaning like Jeff Magnum giving birth to kittens. WHY? Carl and I are probably going to have some dumplings later, but right now we're knitting in bed. Not just me, him too.
I need an icon that has a TV on it. Where can I get one of those?
