Last minute preparations for the AMCHAM Awards... I can't believe tomorrow is the 24th. I'm so upset my Mama-Carma moves on. She's finalizing the contract with another company which offered her 20% equity after 1 or 2 years, nice package and an opportunity to work from home. I do understand that's what she needs now. And shame she can't go to the funeral. Her Mom passed away on Sunday in South Africa. But life goes on...
I got a very touchy message from her today. We are now connected on Facebook. I am very lucky to have met such a person. Whatever happens is meant to happen. So will see how everything goes after the AMCHAM and a brief catch up with Mr. Lowrie on Thursday.
