I have a flickr page now.

And guess what, there is this group called the The PCA (The Photography Club of Ahmedabad) and I became a member. Its fun to know there are serious enthusiasts who go on photography camps, have meetings every other week and talk pictures..!

And to top all that, they had the first of their weekly competitions.. it was titled 'colours'...
mine was the first b/w entry for that, and it prompted others to relook at colours..
And I won! the third place.. yes. the first two pictures arent great according to me or anyone else, but then I won..! which is great!

the second weekly is on, and this one is titled 'patterns'.. everyone had wonderful patterns up.. and I was left wondering what to submit.. and then I had this idea and maybe I have a winner!
