Can Dean hot-wire a car with no tools?

Okay, so I'm writing a post Lucifer Rising fic, which means Dean has nothing on him but what he was wearing at Bobby's. Can he hot-wire Ruby's mustang with no tools?

I suppose she could have conveniently left the keys in the ignition, but that seems a little too convenient to me... I'd rather he hot-wired it. Because of the set up for the story, if they were on Sam or Ruby, the keys have been destroyed.
