What annoys me is the lack of feedback. I don't buy that they're too busy to comment on what went wrong, especially when it took them four months to get back to me in the first place. Even some copy/paste rubbish on why I didn't pass would be appreciated. You know what? I think it's time to be irrational. Sky can go die in a hole if it thinks a telephone interview is a good method of assessment. I know what I'm like, and it's a world of difference to just a voice on the end of the phone.
Back to the Job Centre website then, which is useless unless you're looking for a £30k a year plus job. They only seem to advertise for very high-up vacancies, which is of no use to me at all.
